The Herdman Residence, Boulder, Colorado
The Herdman residence is located in the historical district of Boulder in Colorado. The owners wanted to add a guest room and change the layout and access of an existing bathroom. The addition was done on the upper floor of the west wing where about 500 SF of living space was added.
The project also harmonized some prior remodeled facade and the new facade with the house original style.
